Tool shop
Since 1976 SIBO G has specialised in the production of high precision molds for the plastic packaging industry as well as for demanding technical components for the auto and E&S industry.
The Tool Shop is today equipped with high technology machines from MIKRON, AGIE, OKUMA and HSC, with which we can perform the most demanding milling, drilling, grinding and erosion processes.
There are 44 specialists in our tool shop who take care of the excellent maintainance of the molds as well as for our constant innovations.
We offer a complete service from the initial idea to the final product:
- Idea and concept of the product
- 3D construction and 2D technical documentation
- Possibility of producing a pilot mold
- Producing a multicavity mold
- Sampling and validation of the product
