In-mould vision system is a monitoring system, which simultaneously checks deviations on 48 products while still in the mould – unlike the standard systems, which only check products after the production phase.

Plastic caps and shoulders are produced in two huge and modern production halls. With yearly production capacities of over 3 billion pieces in oral care we are a reliable and trustworthy partner.

For the production of plastic caps and shoulders we use

• 6 injection blow moulding machines
• 5 extrusion blow moulding machines
