EXPERIENCE
For more than 50 years, we gained experience from over 2,500 designed and manufactured moulds, which makes us your ideal partner for precision tools in variety of segments for injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion moulding.
The toolshop is equipped with high technology machines from MIKRON, AGIE, OKUMA and HSC, with which we can perform the most demanding milling, drilling, grinding and erosion processes.
UP TO 192 CAVITIES
Our moulds have up to 192 cavities, depending on the wants of the partner and aim of the tools. For medicine or technical field we usually produce tools with up to 32 cavities. For IBM and EBM that are mostly used in pharmacy field, we have up to 16 cavities for IBM and up to 3 for EBM procedures.
Production of caps and closures for packaging industrie requires higher number of cavities and for this field we can produce tool with up to 192 cavities.
