We are proud on our Mould technology center which allows us to be creative and flexible with ideas to improve our products. Our latest project is new push on shoulder diameter 50, PO50/06 which has the following improvements:

• Ribs all around diameter which prevent push on flip tops from rotating. This enables brand to align their flip tops with graphics on tubes
• Enlarged edge which increases pulling force of flip tops. This has positive results when performing durability tests for cosmetic products
• Ability to produce push on shoulder from PP or PE material. New mould can service our partners if they want to achieve monomer tubes.

We have another news for partners which would like to improve their footprint on products: in collaboration with our Italian Partner Giflor, we developed low push on shoulder PO50/04 which consumes 40% less material than standard products on the market.
