Next to ISO standards, we will implement BRC standard
For us, quality is more than just a technical term. It is the way of thinking and working, which is reflected in the satisfaction of our customers and our business results.
Because we are aware, that general quality properties are dictated by our end customers, we are constantly striving towards meeting customers’ requirements and professional realization of their projects.
Our quality department consists of 25 highly dedicated, qualified and motivated employees who are committed to ensure the highest possible satisfactory level of our customers.
We are monitoring all the processes that are related to all of our end products and their quality properties. Knowledge and competences of our employees are of highest priority. Therefore, we are performing constant internal trainings for our machine operators and technical staff, regarding the new quality demands and possible issues that need to be addressed.
In SIBO GROUP, we have implemented the following quality standards:
- ISO 9001 – 2015
- ISO 14001 – 2015
- ISO 45001 – 2018
We are currently in process of implementation of new global BRC (British Retail Consortium) standard for food safety. We are confident, that this standard will be successfully implemented into our organization.
The BRC standard was developed in 1998 by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) to assist retailers in meeting legal food safety obligations and ensure the highest level of consumer protection.
The latest revision of this standard is the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 7 published January 2015. This standard specifies the food safety, quality, and operational criteria requirements that food manufacturing organizations must fulfill with regard to legal compliance and protection of the consumer.
In SIBO GROUP, we are highly dedicated to our customers and their expectations regarding the quality properties and customer support service.
