Quick response to inquiry of medical device

With epidemy of the coronavirus COVID-19, many biotech companies were sourcing lab plastic consumables worldwide to control the spreading of the virus. SIBO G., like many others, also received many inquiries from different countries. We reacted quickly as we are able to produce different medical devices in our clean room class 8 which meets the standard ISO 14644.

At the moment, our priority is a product Bellow pump. Bellow Pump is an integral part of laboratory transfer pipettes, with which the sample fluid containing potential viruses is transmitted within the diagnostic process. The transfer pipette is contaminated after contact with the sample liquid and must be discarded as such.
Bellow pump is produced on EBM (extrusion blow moulding) line. It is made from PE-LD Bormed material, with volume of 8 ml and length of 84 mm. Sealing testing of Bellow pumps is provided with GenoXtract medical device before every delivery to our customer.

Increased needs in the field of disposable diagnostic laboratory equipment was a perfect chance for Sibo G. to provide our knowledge, equipment and production facilities to the medical industry.
